It’s easy to see what’s wrong and what you don’t like. This is why the state of the world is what it is. Because the masses don’t know about the law of attraction.
If everyone focused on what they want instead of what they don’t want and what is right and what they like it would literally change the world.
It’s hard because it feels like you have to ignore all of the things that are wrong. You don’t ignore them, you accept them. You make your peace with them and keep focusing on what is right.
It takes practice and awareness of your thoughts. You are the one responsible for your life. You created the place that you are in, emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually. You may have done so unintentionally.
But if negative thoughts, emotions and events dominate your life it is like a boulder rolling downhill. The first couple of times you try to stop it, you’ll get ran over. Keep trying. Little, by little, you’ll be able to slow the boulder of negativity until you get to the point where you can actually push it back up the hill.
Don’t expect too much from yourself. Habits take time and patience to break. The life you want is waiting on you to create it.
